Abstract :
Public Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah (RSU PKU Muhammadiyah), Bantul, having motto “SINCERE – FRIENDLY – QUICK RESPONSE” means that serve patients without discriminating group, religion, ethnic, status, social economy and position. This motto is emphasized to every member of organization, including Director, medical staff and non-medical staff in operating the organization. By using this motto, it becomes a strong foundation for RSU PKU Muhammadiyah to create organizational culture. Refer to the aforementioned explanation; there is still a complexity of problem in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah concerning workforce in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah either from medical or non-medical staff who has not been able to accept and implement organizational culture properly in management of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah, Bantul. This research used qualitative descriptive method. Data was gathered by interviewing, observing and documenting the subject. Subjects of this research were public relation of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah, Bantul and MPK PWM DIY, while object of this research was Role of Public Relation in Internalization Process of Organizational Culture. The result of this research shows that the role of Public Relations of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah, Bantul in internalization process of organizational culture is did cooperation with Cadre Education Council (Majelis Pendidikan Kader) PWM DIY. RSU PKU Muhammadiyah performed Baitul Arqom (BA) activity as communication strategy to conduct internalization of organizational culture in management of human resources of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah, Bantul. In the process of internalization of organizational culture by performing Baitul Arqom, RSU PKU Muhammadiyah used some materials such as: material concerning Islam, muhammadiyah and leadership. These three materials do not separate from the principles of Muhammadiyah, in which these principles have been written on Muhammadiyah Cadre System (Sistem Perkaderan Muhammadiyah). Therefore, as Good Deed of Muhammadiyah, then RSU PKU Muhammadiyah, Bantul has its own term for internalization process of organizational culture in its organization.
