Abstract :
Children protection Institution has essential roles for protecting children who victimized
psychological violence by teacher at school. Present research objectives are to identify and gains data
concerning protection aspects delivered by Children Protection Institution over children who
victimized physical violence by teacher at school and detects the obstacles during delivering it.
Normative legal was used as research methodology, namely research that focuses on norms and
required secondary data as main data. Research results identified that the delivered protection forms
for children who victimized physical violence by teacher at school covers psychology, juridical and
medical aspects. While the obstacles that should be faces in delivering these protections are the
difficulty in differentiate between those who victimized psychological violence by teacher in school
and those who suffering private problem, and lack of socialization concerning children rights and
Children Protection Act over headmaster and teachers.
