Abstract :
Legal aid is a medium for citizens who are unable to access to justice as a manifestation of his
rights guaranteed constitutionally, where the purpose of a legal aid is for the Public Service,
Social education, improvement of legal order, law Reform, Opening jobs and the last is the
Practical training for prospective legal practitioners. All efforts to provide legal aid and legal
services to the people who carried out by a legal aid or legal aid organizations are intended to
give them and enjoy all rights granted by the State and legal assistance to poor people's rights
can be obtained free of charge or without charge . In carrying out the noble performance is
indeed true there are still obstacles or constraints faced by a legal aid organization. The role of
legal aid organizations in providing legal assistance free of charge to poor people in criminal
justice in the form of consultation, treatment or assistance for a case in non-litigation and
litigation, providing legal education and socialization to the community.
