Abstract :
The earthquake has happened on May 27 th 2006 in Yogyakarta and central java. It make incident the facilities that support the economy became depraved. The researcher wants to discuss about the effort that will be done by BRI bank Bantul ini prevention "stopped credit" which is caused of earthquake and how to solve it, in this law written. This is a law process of writing detect desire about the work's system of BRI in prevent and prevent this case. The researcher make use of yuridis method and analyze the data qualitatively and use deductive method to make the conclusion. According to the research, BRI bank use a spesific treatment to solve this case. It is consist of the classification of credit quality or the other supplying of the fund for customer and "the credit restructure". That way to slove this case is do not do the pressing a claim or postponement of the main paying, the interesting rate. And also do the recovery program. The writer suggest to the bank to make the prudence that supprot and will not make the customers in keel hard. And also advice the bank to do the recovery program such as add the "program kemitraan" with the low intersting rate, and give the field of work and fund for "UKM" to fix the economy.
