Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in employee performance through intellectual capital consisting of, competency, commitment. And work control. This study uses the method of multiple regression analysis, descriptive and verification. This study used a random sampling technique with 60 respondents. Descriptive analysis is used to determine Competence, Commitment. And Job Control, and Employee Performance, while the verification analysis is used to determine the improvement of Employee Performance which is influenced by intellectual capital consisting of, Competence, Commitment. And work control partially. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital consisting of, Competence, Commitment, work control and employee performance are in the category of Enough, increasing Employee Performance is significantly influenced by Intellectual Capital, improving Employee Performance is significantly influenced by Competence, and improving Employee Performance is influenced significant by work commitment and control. From these results it is known that there are still employees who feel lack of competence, still low work discipline and timeliness in work, lack of commitment of employees to an organization
