Abstract :
This research aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding Transformational Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And to find out how much influence Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Sharing have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Bee Solution Partners, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was 32 people, and the number of sample used in this research was 32 people. The method of analysis in this research used the analysis of descriptive and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis, the analysis of correlation, and the coefficient of determination, also hypothesis testing by doing t test for partial and f test for simultaneous. The results of research based on descriptive analysis of Transformational Leadership variables exist in the fairly good category, variable Knowledge Sharing is in the good category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables exist in the fairly good category. The results of correlation test showed that Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Sharing have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of hypothesis test stating that there is an influence of Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), both partially and simultaneously.
