Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of examining and proving the effect of load, satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is the Department of Cipta Karya, Housing and Residential Areas of Gresik Regency.This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken was 77 respondents and data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to obtain data. The analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test which included the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. And shows that the research data is normally distributed. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, no variables were found that deviated from the classical assumptions. This shows that the available data meets the requirements using the multiple linear regression equation model. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test.The results of this study are load has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Gresik Regency CKPKP Service, satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Gresik Regency CKPKP Service, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Gresik Regency CKPKP Service, as well as burden, satisfaction, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Cipta Karya for housing and residential areas in Gresik Regency.
