Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the extent of the performance of BMT Bina Sejahtera employees in Lendah. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results show that the performance of BMT Bina Sejahtera employees at Lendah is not optimal due to factors assigning tasks and specialization of tasks to employees not considering competence, the slow process of adoption and adaptation to the latest technological developments, employee performance has not been able to promote financing that is elemental, and lack of motivation, control, and evaluation of the performance of the financing department. Efforts to improve the performance of BMT Bina Sejahtera employees at Lendah in this case are reviewed from factors that affect performance, namely: Providing Islamic studies, improving and conducting training in the ability to use technology to maximize marketing, conducting comparative studies with Islamic financial institutions and training on excellent service, public speaking, product knowledge, market analysis, partner assistance, increased insight into partner businesses, and controlling, evaluating work, giving rewards and promoting positions for outstanding employees.
