Abstract :
Resources are important aspects to reach the goals of an organization, one of those is Human Resource. Achievement of an organization if there is success in human resource development and coaching in the company or organization. A company grows up along with the increase of the quality skill and employee welfare, therefore, to achieve that goal, high performance of all employees is needed. This research aims 1) Understanding the cause of why the performance of the Rebate Calculation Division in PT. Natural Nusantara (PT NASA) Yogyakarta has not been optimal. 2) To formulate improvement efforts of the Rebate Calculation Division Division in PT. Natural Nusantara (PT NASA) Yogyakarta performance. This research is done by the descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data is done through observation, interview, and documentation. The informants in this research were 6 people consisting of 1 (one) Supervisor and 5 (five) Rebate Calculation Divison staff. The data collected were tested for credibility using the resource triangulation method with its analysis technique through 3 (three) stages; data reduction, data dissipation, and conclusion drawing (Miles & Hubeman, 1992). The analysis result shows that the causes of the Rabat Division employee's suboptimal performance are due to lack of time discipline, and some employees bring personal problems into work. While the efforts of performance improvement by intensive supervision and construction toward employee?s discipline. Keywords: Evaluation, performance improvement.
