Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to find out the general description of work ability, work motivation and employee performance, in addition to knowing about the influence of work ability and work motivation partially on employee performance. Research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample used was 35 civil servants from Purwodadi District. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis that was previously tested with a public assumption test. The results of the study show that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance by 48%. While the remaining 52% of employee performance variables will be influenced by other variables. Suggestions given to District Agencies are to be able to further improve the work ability of its employees through training in mastering equipment and computer applications, increasing knowledge of regulations, developing harmonious teamwork, and appreciation for employee performance.
