Abstract :
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the inner conflicts in the novel of Unwanted Heaven's Work of Asma Nadia. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with content analysis method. Data from this research with the data in the form of word language, sentence, contained in the novel of Heaven Unwanted by Asma Nadia. The collection of data in the form of reading and notes. The way to analyze it is by identifying data, reducing data, classifying data, interpreting data and concluding. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher on the novel Surga Yang Takindukan that contained some form of inner conflict and the causes of the conflict are: Internal Conflicts, External Conflict and the causes Id, Ego and Superego. From some internal and external conflicts are divided into several parts again. Internal conflict discusses the conflicts that occur within the individual, while External conflict is experienced between two or more persons. The causes of the inner conflicts contained in the novel include Id, Ego, and Superego where Id is the innate instincts of a person. Keywords: Inner Conflict, Novel
