Abstract :
The system that is in SMK Negeri 1 Selong is still manual, not efficient and accurate so that the administration section receives employee data files still in the form and is copied back to the personnel archives. This makes it difficult to find employee data if the data is needed. This is what drives the need for improvement or even the creation of systems in the implementation of work in making decisions quickly and precisely. Along with current technological advancements and their relevance to the problems that occur at SMK Negeri 1 Selong are required to follow the development of these technologies, so that the presentation of information about Employee Data can be done quickly, precisely and accurately.
