ABSTRACT Keywords: Islamic Law, Distribution, Zakat Fitrah. M.Faisal Ansori , (122111019), 2016, REVIEW OF ISLAMIC LAW TOWARD DISTRIBUTION IN ZAKAT FITRAH EVENTY (Case Study in the village of Jlapan, Kunden, Karanganom, Klaten). Thesis: Economic Law of Syariah. State Islamic Education of Surakarta. This research discusses about Islamic law of distribution in zakat fitrah evenly in the village of Jlapan, Kunden, Karanganom, Klaten. The researcher chose this title because the distribution of zakat fitrah shoud be for eight group, but in Jlapan, Kunden, Karanganom, Klaten zakat fitrah is distributed for all the residents evenly. The researcher used normative juridical approach. The data was collected from the interview. It was analyzed uusing Islamic law. The analysis through the literatures that conformed to the study. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the factors of underlying the distribution of zakat fitrah evenly in Jlapan, Kunden, karanganom, Klaten. 2) To know the review of Islamic law toward distribution of zakat fitrah evenly in Jlapan, Kunden, karanganom, Klaten. The findings of the study showed that the factors which became the background in distribution of zakat fitrah. Review of Islamic law toward distribution of zakat fitrah in Jlapan, Kunden, Karanganom, Klaten used fair concept based of Islamic law.
