Abstract :
ABSTRACT Khoirul Fatihin, (122111015), Distribution of zakat productive in Da’wah Organization FOSMIL Surakarta Islamic Law Perspektif. Thesis : Study Program of Law of Islamic Economics, Department of Syariah IAIN Surakarta, December 2016. This thesis discusses about the management and utilization of productive tithe in FOSMIL. The researcher uses this title because FOSMIL has been widely distribute tithe, particulary productive tithe to the mustahiq but the lack of supervision to the fullest. By using normative juridicial approach, the researcher tries to uncover how productive tithe fund management in FOSMIL. Through interviews and observations of the parties that are competent, the researcher collected the data which is then used as the basic for analyzing the management practices and utilization of productive tithe in FOSMIL. The analysis of data was done by descriptive analytic, all data will be linked with the islamic law that obtained in society. And analysis through the literature pertaining to the topic. This study aims to find out about : (1) How the distribution system of productive tithe in Organizational of Propaganda Forum Silaturahmi Minggu Legi (FOSMIL) Surakarta? (2) How is the economic development of the mustahiq given productive tithe funds of the institution? From the results, the conclusions in the management and utilization of productive tithe in FOSMIL not in accordance with the applicable rules, the Law of Islam. However, there is still a shortage under the supervision of the utilization of productive tithe.
