Abstract :
ABSTRACT Leadhership education is the most important aspect in education institution, because good leadership will implement management procces smoothly and teacher or staf has decive to execute their duties, so that it will increase work productivity. Explicitly good or bad the purpose of education and achieved or not is depended on one capability and authority will motivate work desire, creativity, participation, and employment’s loyality in finishing their duty. The purpose of this duty is know: 1) How is education system management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi, 2) how is the management effectiveness in developing Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi. This study use case study with qualitative model data collection execute by having observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique which is used in this study is descriptive. It is conducted three ways, they are data reduction, data performance and conclusion data. Validation conducted by checking data sources and method to abstain the data. Based on the result of study and validation, it can be conclude that: system management Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi. Reader uses tranformasional management that is by transforming values in organization vision, it is to achive good education putpose. The leadership of headmaster Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi is not based on transaction between work productivity by wage or even punishment but it still based on “Islamic Profesionalism” principle, togetherness, relative, meeting and commitment. In exciting their leadhership the leader of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi can be seen through their achievement in organization purpose comprise of good output of student achievement increment of student and institution. Society believe, facility, work productivity and work satisfaction. From procces, it can be seen from explicitness and same vision and mission for all arrays of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi that become movement direction for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi development. Beside it is also for the implementation of discipline, the example characteristics of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Tempursari Mantingan Ngawi leader. The creation of responsibility in employment or staff. From implementation it can be seen from the existence of description and delegationg clear and proportional duty. Cadre informing presentation of madrasah leader.
