Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh CR, DER, DPR, ROE, dan IC terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada perusahaan manufaktur peride 2014-2016. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur . sampel sebanyak 28 perusahaan . berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahwa varibel CR berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, DPR tidak berpengaruh terhadap tehadap nlai perusahaan, ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan IC berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci: Current Rasio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) xii ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of CR, DER, DPR, ROE, and IC on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on manufacturing companies peride 2014-2016. The population used in the research is a manufacturing company. Sample of 28 companies. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the variables CR affect the value of the company, DER does not affect the value of the company, the House of Representatives does not affect tehadap nlai company, ROE has no effect on corporate value, And IC affect the value of the company.
