Abstract :
Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota di Jawa Barat yang dikenal dengan lokasi wisata alam dan sejarahnya. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor tujuan destinasi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara yang berkunjung ke kota bandung terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan yang datang berpengaruh juga pada meningkatnya kebutuhan akomodasi penginapan seperti hotel. Perancangan hotel bintang empat bertujuan bukan hanya sebagai wadah sarana hunian penginapan tetapi juga sebagai sarana rekreasi dan hiburan untuk kebutuhan wisatawan yang datang ke Kota Bandung khususnya ke kawasan Lembang. Pada kawasan Lembang sendiri masih sedikitnya bangunan hotel dengan konsep alam dan arsitektur biomimikri.Hubungan antara arsitektur dengan makhluk hidup dan alam saling berkaitan dari segi bentuk maupun struktur yang dapat diaplikasikan ke dalam proses perancangan suatu bangunan.Dalam pemikiran ini penerapan arsitektur biomimikri dituntut bukan hanya meniru bentuk makhluk hidup atau dari bentuk alam saja melainkan harus mampu menghadirkan desain yang selaras dengan kondisi lingkungan sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, hotel bintang empat dengan konsep arsitektur biomimikri sarang lebah berupa penerapan bentuk, kontruksi dan proses membangun dapat dijadikan sebagai konsep sebuah hotel resor dengan keunikan dan ciri khas tersendiri yang dapat menarik perhatian wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kota Bandung khususnya kawasan wisata Lembang. --- The city of Bandung is one of the cities in West Java known for its natural tourist sites and history. This has become one of the factors for the destination of local and foreign tourists visiting the city of Bandung, increasing from year to year. The increasing number of tourists who come also influences the increase in lodging accommodation needs such as hotels. The design of a four-star hotel aims not only as a place for lodging facilities but also as a means of recreation and entertainment for the needs of tourists who come to the city of Bandung, especially to the Lembang area. In the Lembang area, there are still few hotel buildings with the concept of nature and biomimicry architecture. The relationship between architecture and living things and nature is interrelated in terms of form and structure that can be applied in the design process of a building. the form of a living creature or of a natural form but must be able to present a design that is in harmony with the conditions of the surrounding environment. Therefore, four-star hotels with the concept of biomimicry honeycomb architecture in the form of application of forms, construction, and building processes can be used as the concept of a resort hotel with its own uniqueness and characteristics that can attract the attention of tourists visiting the city of Bandung, especially the tourist area of Lembang.
