(ROA), liquidity as proxy of Current Ratio (CR), leverage as proxy of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and company size as proxy of natural logarithm of total assets (SIZE). Secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period, where 2016-2019 is the research period for the independent variable and 2020 and 2021 are used to see companies included in financial distress or non-financial distress. With a population of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of transportation and logistics companies for the 2016-2021 period. Sampling done using purposive sampling method, where the sample selected based on the criteria made by the researcher. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis techniques, logistic regression analysis and logistic regression model feasibility test using SPSS 25.
