Abstract :
Considering the need of clean water is urgently important, author decided to make PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City as her research subject. As the leading one and only government-owned water provider company in Surabaya, it has numbers of customers and divided by several distribution points. The author aims to know comprehensively about the system and procedure of the fixed assets maintenance at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City which caused by the presence of customer complains. Collecting secondary and primary data to enhance the research assesment, the author believes that descriptive method is the most suitable research method for this Final Project Report. The result is that the process of the data and the procedure of the company to hadle customer complain is effective and practical.
