Abstract :
The purpose of this study was design a Balanced Scorecard performance measurement tools that are integrated with Six Sigma methods in SPPBE PT Karya Jaya Lestari Sidoarjo. Balanced Scorecard is a measurement tool performance that measures the financial performance (financial perspective) and non-financial (customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, learning and growth perspective). With the measurement of performance, the company will be aware of the increase and decrease performance. The decrease in performance can be analyzed by using the six sigma method through Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. Integration of the two seen in the DMAIC process (define, measure, analyze, improvement, control). This study includes a qualitative research case study approach. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of a general overview of the company gained from those authorized in SPPBE PT Karya Jaya Lestari form of vision, mission, goals, and strategies companies to conduct a SWOT analysis. While secondary data from financial reports, customer lists, and organizational structure. Methods of data collection is done through a survey, the study documentation, observation, interviews. The data analysis techniques to identify the vision, mission, objectives, SWOT analysis and corporate strategy, according to the measurement of key performance indicators of each perspective, the analysis will be done in case of a decrease in performance, make improvements by finding solution for problems, and control. The results obtained from measurements in accordance with the key performance indicators of the financial perspective has increased every year, there is still a customer perspective that declined, internal business process perspective has increased each, and learning and growth perspective there is still declining.
