Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability ratio, solvency ratio, liquidity ratio, and activity ratio on stock return in infrastructure sector companies in the building construction subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. Secondary data used in this study were collected using the documentation method through the websites www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com to retrieve the company's annual financial report data as information on each ratio. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, with a total of 63 samples obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously profitability ratio, solvency ratio, liquidity ratio, and activity ratio have a significant positive effect. However, partially the solvency ratio and liquidity ratio have no significant effect on stock return. Conversely, the profitability ratio and activity ratio have a significant positive effect on stock return.
