Abstract :
UMKM Ishokuiki is umkm which develops in kuliner. The product which is produced by umkm ishokuiki are snack and many kind of cake, all off the products are produced by the secret recipe and without preservative or the chemistry which will be produced in the first step based on the capacity of tool and the marketing region. The target which wants to be reached in this observation is in order to be able to make easy the umkm to do quotation and hopefully the umkm can make a note accounting report based on the accountant standart in Indonesia. The date which is got based on the direct research and interview suggestion given is able to do right and accurate quotation. Keyword: umkm as the effort to build the country. The good effort accounting quotation based og the standart.
