Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability on firm value in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses the dependent variable firm value (PBV). The funding decision (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and profitability (ROA) as independent variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 45 samples from 9 pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. There are two results in this study. The results of the study indicate that funding decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant negative effect on firm value, while profitability has no significant effect on firm value.
