Abstract :
The research aimed to examine the influence of company size, profitability, leverage and board of commissioner on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Data used is this research is manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) at 2010-2013. Testing tools used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The result of this research is that profitability influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and company size, leverage and board of commissioner do not have significant influence on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
