Abstract :
Basically Bank is a financial institution that collects funds from third parties in the form of deposits which will then manage the funds to be given back to the third party in the form of loans. Credit distribution is a source of income held by banks, and lending is influenced by many factors both internal factors and external factors, so this study aims to determine what factors are affecting the loan portfolio of commercial banks do go public in the period 2009-2013 . The variables used in this study is a Third Party Fund (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), return on assets (ROA), Sensitivity inflation, BI Rate Sensitivity, and loans extended by banks. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression and significance test using partial test (t test) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%). Analysis of statistical data in this study using SPSS 17.00. Results of research on the t test results show that the DPK, NPL, and ROA have significant influence on outstanding loans, while inflation Sensitivity, the BI Rate Sensitivity, and CAR variables no significant effect on lending activity.
