Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure, Bank Size and Bank Risk on Profitability in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data. The population of this study is all Islamic banks in Indonesia with the 2014-2020 research period. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Samples that meet the criteria are 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The model used as an analysis tool is multiple regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 17.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables Number of Commissioners, Foreign Ownership Structure, Private Ownership Structure, Bank Size and Bank Risk have a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia, while partially the number of Commissioners has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), Foreign Ownership Structure has no effect on Profitability (ROA), Private Ownership Structure has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), Bank Size has no effect on Profitability (ROA), and Bank Risk has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA).
