Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to test whether cash flow, company size, and sales growth can affect financial distress. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period with the sampling method using purposive sampling in order to obtain 317 sample data that are feasible to test. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that company size has a negative effect on financial distress. The test results also show that cash flow and sales growth have no effect on financial distress.
