Abstract :
Millennial employees have an important role in the company, but this important role changed during the pandemic, so many regulations in the company have changed. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of work-life balance, employee welfare, employee creativity, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The Millennial Generation in East Java is the study's population. The sample used in this study was the Millennial Generation, with a total of 136 respondents, divided into 36 small sample respondents and 100 large sample respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method. analysis of the research data using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance; employee welfare has a significant positive effect on employee performance; employee creativity has a significant positive effect on employee performance; and job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance.
