Abstract :
Employee well-being is part of the sense of well-being that an individual gets from a job which is influenced by the balance between personal life and work. Companies must improve work-life balance by providing flexibility in the amount of working time that is sufficient so that employees do not feel tired to work effectively and facilitate employees with a supportive work environment. So this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee well-being by moderating the work environment for millennial employees in East Java. In this study using quantitative methods and distributing google forms in data collection. The analysis in this study uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS). This research involved 129 Millennial employee respondents in East Java. The results of this study found that work-life balance has a significant effect on the well-being of millennial employees in East Java. Besides that, this study found that the work environment did not significantly moderate the effect of work-life balance on the well-being of millennial employees in East Java.
