Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of company size, liquidity, leverage, and collateralizable assets on dividend policy in companies in the transportation and logistics sector. The population in this study are transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the final data obtained 93 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, regression model test, f test, r square test, t test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that company size and collateralizable assets have a significant effect on dividend policy. While the variables of liquidity and leverage have no effect on dividend policy. Keywords: Company size, liquidity, leverage, collateralizable assets and dividend policy.
