Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee wellbeing on employee performance through the mediation of employee creativity at PT. GD Indonesia. The population of this study are employees of PT. GD Indonesia with 120 people. The sample used was 92 respondents for the large sample. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire directly. Analysis for processing data uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with SmartPLS3.0 software. The results showed that employee wellbeing has a positive effect on employee performance through the mediation of employee creativity.
