Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, environmental costs, and company size on financial performance. The population in this study are energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's website and idx (www.idx.co.id). This research was conducted using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which were processed using SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, environmental costs, and company size have an effect on financial performance, while managerial ownership and audit committee has no effect on financial performance.
