Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation, work environment and discipline on employee performance. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample because it takes all existing employees, with a total of 50 employees at PT. Wonokromo Branch Pawnshop. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The results showed that work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance and the work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. The variable that has the most dominant influence is Work Discipline. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Wonokromo Surabaya Branch Pawnshop. Motivation and work environment have no significant effect on employee performance.
