Abstract :
This study aims to examine the relationship between subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, anxiety and behavioral intention. The sample in this study consisted of 125 respondents who were users of e-commerce Shopee. This study using convenience sampling based on Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and analyzed using WarpPls 7.0. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms have no effect on anxiety. Furthermore, perceived behavioral control show that anxiety both behavioral intention. Studies on the reuse intention of such applications are still limited. This study found that companie can increase people's confidence by continuing to eliminate anxiety.
