Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, company size, independent board of directors and commissioners on firm value in primary consumer goods sector companies. The population in this study are companies in the primary consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the final data obtained 244 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, regression model test, r square test, t test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that company size and board of directors have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the financial performance variables and the independent board of commissioners have no effect on firm value.
