Customer Service is very important for banks as intended, or is intended to give satisfaction to customers through services that can meet the desires and needs of customers. Customer service is indispensable in the bank because of the presence of customer service customers can find out more information on bank products in the bank. With good service package the bank may increase the number of customers.
