Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to Influence Of Service Quality And Product Quality On Consumer Satisfaction Of Ireborn Fitness Products In Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study was using non-probability sampling, where sampling only provides one opportunity for members of the population to be sampled. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study state that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is where service quality also influences customer satisfaction. Simultaneously a positive influence on consumer satisfaction on ileborn fitness products.
