Abstract :
Capital structure is a very important issue for the company because the level of capital structure will certainly affect the continuity of the company?s financial condition. This research is aimed to analyze the factors than affect the capital structure on a manufacture company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are five variables used in this study. The sample of this research is a manufacture company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012-2014. The population of this research are 162 by using purposive sampling method companies with the observation period of three years. These data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis model, which is preceded by the clasical assumption that consists of normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test, R2test and t test. The results of this research indicate that asset structure have a negative and significant affec ont the capital structure, liquidity have a negative and significant affect on the capital structure, sales growth have a positive and significant affect on the capital strcture. While the dividend policy and non debt tax shield does not a significant affect on the capital structure.
