Abstract :
In the world of banks to provide banking services as well as good. For bank customers, forming a particular unit that is in charge of customer servise serve customers and prospective customers as well as the relationship between the two sides so the bank with the public or clients can communicate well. This research aims to know clearly about the importance of the role and functions of Customer Servise in providing services so as to increase the number of customers at Bank BRI (partners) Tbk Branch Tuban Unit Cross, To Know duty and authority yabg relating to Customer Servise at Bank BRI (Persero ) Tbk Branch Unit Tuban Cross, To find barriers - barriers faced Customer Servise in Providing Services to customers. To find an alternative and completion of barriers - barriers faced by Customer Servise. The role of customer service to improve service to customers is the key to success and the basis for establishing the bank. Therefore, everything that is done should be running well and qualified for the creation of customer satisfaction .because customers feel Poas with the services provided will be coming back to try other products offered by the customer service and a variety of information with other colleagues. In addition there is the role of customer service There is a task - the task of customer service, authorized customer service, and customer service responsibilities. As well as customer service also explains how the opening and closing of savings, current accounts and deposits.
