Abstract :
This research aims to examine the effect of competence, education and training,
and career development on employee performance KPP Pratama Gresik. The
sample consists of 105 respondents using the Slovin and has the characteristics of
being vulnerable aged 20-50 years and has at least one year of service. This
sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only have worked for at least
one year. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least
Square (PLS) and data collection using a Google Form. The results of this study
indicate that partially which shows a positive influence which shows that
competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,
significant effect on employee performance, education and training has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance and career development has a
negative effect on employee performance.
