Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Employee Welfare, Employee Creativity and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Bank Artha Graha in Surabaya. The sample used in this study was 117 respondents, of which 36 respondents were for the small sample and 81 for the large sample. The analysis in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Employee Welfare has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Employee Creativity has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Performance at Bank Artha Graha in Surabaya.
