Abstract :
This research is a case study research conducted in 2022. This research aims to see and prove the effect of servant leadership (X1), organizational fit (X2), work stress (X3) and strategic HR management (X4) on employee job satisfaction (Y ). This research uses a type of quantitative method. To obtain data, this study used a questionnaire technique with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 26 test tool by using data analysis in the form of validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption testing. The results of research and data processing show that H1 is accepted, H2 is rejected, H3 is rejected, H4 is rejected. From these results it can be concluded that Serving Leadership (X1) has a significant positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in West Surabaya companies, and organizational compatibility (X2), work stress (X3) and strategic HR management (X4) have a significant negative effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in West Surabaya companies .Keyword : Kepemimpinan melayani, kecocokan organisasi, stres kerja dan manajemen SDM strategis, kepuasan kerja karyawan
