Abstract :
This study aims to examine the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at PT. Harma Contractor Indonesia The sample consists of 119 respondents using the Slovin formula and has the characteristics of a vulnerable age of 17-60 years and a minimum of one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
