Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The sample consists of 76 respondents with vulnerable characteristics aged 21-58 years and at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses a census technique. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance.
