Abstract :
Consumptive behavior is a phenomenon that affects many people's lives. The large
number of economic activities, ease of access and population in the city of Surabaya
means that current habits are quickly changing in a relatively short time towards
becoming increasingly luxurious and excessive. Factors that influence consumer
behavior are lifestyle, financial literacy, and use of electronic wallets. This research
was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of lifestyle, financial
literacy, and the use of electronic wallets on the consumer behavior of generation
Z Muslims in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative
method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection using
surveys by distributing questionnaires to generation Z Muslims in the city of
Surabaya. The sample used was 115 respondents. The data analysis technique used
in this research was Partial Least Square. The results of this research prove that the
lifestyle and financial literacy variables have a significant positive effect on
consumptive behavior, meaning that the higher the lifestyle and financial literacy,
the more consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the variable use of electronic wallets
does not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, meaning that high or
low use of electronic wallets does not have an impact on consumptive behavior.
