Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used in this study were 39 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) have a significant positive effect on dividend policy (DPR) while firm size (SIZE) and Leverage (DER) have no effect on dividend policy (DPR).
