Abstract :
This study aims to determine respondents' responses to the quality of Samsung smartphone products, as well as the highest and lowest responses that affect the quality of Samsung smartphone products in the Bengkalis community. This type of research is observational by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents. This research uses nonprobality sampling method, with snowball sampling technique teknik. The results of this study indicate that Conformity and Specifications get the highest score with a mean score of 4.23, second place Performance gets a mean score of 4.21, third position Aesthetics gets a mean score of 4.03, Feature fourth position gets a mean score of 3.98, fifth position Reliability got a mean score of 3.93, sixth position Improvement got a mean score of 3.87, seventh position Quality Impression got a mean score of 3.86, while the eighth position Endurance got a mean score of 3.76.
