Abstract :
This study aims to determine the financial performance of the village government
for the 2019-2021 fiscal year in the Budget Realization Report in Mandiri Village,
Bantan District. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the data used in
this study uses secondary data in the form of Village Budget Realization Reports in
2019-2021. Data were analyzed using the PADesa financial independence ratio,
the PADesa effectiveness ratio, the PADesa efficiency ratio, and the growth ratio.
The informants in the study were village treasurers in independent villages, Bantan
district. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out with
documentation. The research results obtained are that the ratio of village financial
independence in independent villages is still not maximal in managing village
income. The effectiveness ratio has increased and decreased, because in 2019 there
was no village income. The efficiency ratio in independent villages is not efficient,
and the growth ratio is in the moderate category and has decreased.
