Abstract :
The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in Higher Education environments. . This case of sexual harassment can be helped by media such as applications. The purpose of this research is to make an Android-based anti-sexual violence reporting application. The method used in this study uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The results of this study are in the form of a Complaint Application for Prevention of Handling Sexual Violence (PPKS) which is expected to help users (victims) to report forms of violence that occur to themselves or others easily and quickly by utilizing smartphone devices
