Abstract :
This study aims to describe the factors of work motivation of non-civil servant academic employes at the Bengkalis state Polytecnik. This type of research is observascional with a case study approach. The date collection techniques carried out consisted of observation, questionnaires, and scale meansurement. The data analiys technique used is interactive. The results of this study indicate that the work itself has a significant effect on motivation. The level of work motivation of Non- PNS academic employees at the Bengkalis state Polytecnik, the intrinsik motivation variabel is 4,31% with a very high level of information, the level of work motivation of non-civil servent academic employees at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic, the extrinsik motivation variabel is 4,08% with a very high level og information.
